Optimization of The Green Interlocking Earth Brick Mix Design Using Response Surface Method

چکیده
The utilization of Response Surface Method (RSM) in investigating the engineering properties green Interlocking Compressed Earth Brick (ICEB) is a promising method compared to conventional methods because it reduces time taken and cost be implemented. RSM tool used develop models based on input independent response variables, which predicts output with high accuracy. Therefore, objectives this research are optimize mix designs ICEB by using study ICEB. softwares Design Expert Version 11, Minitab 19 for validation. variables cement Spent Bleaching Ash (SBEA), while compressive strength water absorption variables. Based results, 11 has capability developing significance mathematical model equation predict 2-D contour plots 3-D able present realistically actual experimental data. According RSM, best SBEA provide highest 94.6% 5.4% SBEA, lowest 90% 10% SBEA.
